How to place an order?

Website

When all the items you want are in the cart you can order as a guest or sign in, then proceed to checkout, enter all the information required, choose payment method and confirm order.

Once all these steps are done check your email for confirmation.

Instagram and Facebook

To order through Instagram and Facebook send us a direct message.

WhatsApp

You can also place your order through our WhatsApp number.

How can I select my size?

Always check size guide mentioned under each product on the website.

What do I do if I never received my order?

When you placed an order our team will call you within 24 hours to confirm the order. You will get multiple  call incase of no response. If you are failed to attend the call your order will be automatically cancelled. If you don’t receive any call please contact us through email.

Incase you don’t receive your order within 6 days of after getting shipping confirmation information us on our email address.

Can I make any changes to an existing order?

Website

More items won’t be added to your existing order if you have placed an other through website. You will have to place a new order in that case.

Instagram or WhatsApp

If you have place your order through Instagram or WhatsApp you will be able to add items in the existing order if its not dispatched already.

Do you have free delivery?

You can get free delivery if you shop over PKR 2,000 in Pakistan.

Do you take orders over the phone call or message?

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by emailing us within 3 hrs of order place. A&W closet won’t accept any emails or

other messages on social media for order cancellation after 3 hours.

How long delivery of an order will take?

Local orders will take (3-5) days and for international it depends on the destination country.

How to change shipping address of any order after it has been processed?

We can only change shipping order before the order has been dispatched. Email us to update your new address.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, you can exchange orders. You can simply email us the details and proceed exchange request. After hearing from us you will ship the exchange item in its original packaging, order details, tags to the given address. Once we receive that item your new order will be dispatched. To know the terms of exchange of an order please check exchange policy on our website.

Will there be any additional amount to exchange order?

Customer will have to pay to ship us the item back and also for the new product if it was order mistakenly or you need a different colour or size.

If the item is sent wrong or defected from our side exchange will be free of cost.

How long will it take to exchange my order?

Exchange of an order can take up to 2 weeks.

What to do if I received a wrong order?

In case of wrong items please inform us on our email. We’ll make it right for you.
