Wrong size

If you ordered the wrong size, we offer an exchange policy under the following conditions:

Conditions for Exchange

  • Contact Time: Please contact us within 1 day of delivery.
  • Product Condition: The product must be:
    • Unused
    • With tags intact
    • Free of any odor

If these conditions are not met, we will be unable to process the exchange.


Exchange Process

  1. Inform Us: Contact our team to notify us of the size issue.
  2. Shipping Address: We will provide you with the shipping address for the exchange.
  3. Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly ship your updated size.

Note: No exchanges will be applied on any sale items.


 

Defective Item

If you receive a defective item, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

Conditions for Defective Items

  • Product Condition: The product must be:
    • Unused
    • With tags intact
    • Free of any odors
  • Proof: Please contact us immediately with photographic proof of the defect.

If these conditions are not met, we will be unable to proceed with the refund or replacement.


Defective Item Process

  1. Contact Us: Notify our team with photographic evidence of the defect.
  2. Return Instructions: We will provide you with the shipping address for the return.
  3. Resolution: Once we receive the returned item, you will be offered either:
    • A replacement piece, or
    • A refund
